Ingredients

- 2 pounds pork belly
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Score the skin of the pork belly.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork belly.
- Place the pork belly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
Notes
- Let the pork belly rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
