- 2 pounds pork loin roast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Pat the pork loin roast dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil all over the pork.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
- Coat the pork loin with the spice mixture.
- Place the pork in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
