Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Pat the pork loin roast dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil all over the pork.
  4. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
  5. Coat the pork loin with the spice mixture.
  6. Place the pork in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  9. Remove from air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
