Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the pork roast with olive oil.
- Season the roast with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork roast in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
