- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Score the skin of the pork belly in a crisscross pattern.
- Rub the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika into the meat.
- Place the pork belly in the air fryer, skin side up.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
