- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges

- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Add the coated wedges to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve hot.

- Soaking potatoes in water for 30 minutes can enhance crispiness.
