Description
Crispy air fryer quesadilla filled with cheese and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the air fryer, oiled side down.
- Spread cheese, chicken, bell peppers, and onions on top of the tortilla.
- Cover with the second tortilla, oiled side up.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and let cool for a minute before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Feel free to add more ingredients like beans or corn.
