Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil.
  3. Place one tortilla in the air fryer, oiled side down.
  4. Spread cheese, chicken, bell peppers, and onions on top of the tortilla.
  5. Cover with the second tortilla, oiled side up.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove and let cool for a minute before slicing.
