Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the rack of lamb.
  4. Place the rack of lamb in the air fryer basket, bone side down.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
