A delicious air fryer rack of lamb recipe that is quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 1 rack of lamb (about 1.5 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the rack of lamb.
- Place the rack of lamb in the air fryer basket, bone side down.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
