  • Broccoli – 300g
  • Carrots – 2 medium
  • Quinoa – 1 cup
  • Vegetable broth – 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breast with the mixture.
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Chop broccoli and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Add vegetables to the air fryer after 10 minutes of chicken cooking.
  7. Cook everything for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, rinse quinoa under cold water.
  9. Cook quinoa in vegetable broth according to package instructions.
  10. Once done, let chicken and vegetables rest for a few minutes before serving.
