Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked rice, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the rice balls in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
