Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine cooked rice, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the rice balls in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- You can add herbs or spices to customize the flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
