Ingredients

- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a bowl, combine the rinsed rice, water, olive oil, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Cook the rice for 25 minutes.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes before removing the foil.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
Notes
- Adjust water quantity for softer rice.
- Check rice halfway through cooking for desired texture.
