- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
- Rub the mixture all over the beef roast.
- Place the roast in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes for medium rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
