- 1 whole chicken (about 4–5 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Rub the olive oil all over the chicken.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 60-70 minutes, checking for doneness.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
