Crispy air fryer rusks perfect for snacking.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Slice the loaf into thick pieces.
- Return the slices to the air fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes until crispy.
