Description

Air fryer sausage and peppers is a quick and easy dish made with juicy sausages and colorful bell peppers.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage links
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add sausage links to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Check that sausages are cooked through and veggies are tender.
