- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Season the flour with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated schnitzels in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the schnitzels lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.

- Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
