Description

Crispy airfryer schnitzel made with tender meat and a golden breadcrumb coating.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. Season the flour with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated schnitzels in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Spray the schnitzels lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
