Ingredients

- 2 pounds skirt steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
- Coat the skirt steak with the spice mixture.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice against the grain and serve.
