Description

A light and fluffy air fryer souffle that is easy to make and delicious.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Separate the egg yolks and whites.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, milk, cheese, flour, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
  8. Serve immediately.
