Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Separate the egg yolks and whites.
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, milk, cheese, flour, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Serve immediately.
