Description

A simple and healthy recipe for preparing spaghetti squash using an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Brush the inside of each half with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side down.
  6. Cook for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
  8. Use a fork to scrape the flesh into spaghetti-like strands.
