  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. Spatchcock the chicken by removing the backbone.
  3. Flatten the chicken by pressing down on the breastbone.
  4. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  5. Rub the mixture all over the chicken.
  6. Place the chicken in the air fryer, skin side up.
  7. Cook for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
