Ingredients

- 1 whole chicken (about 4 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Spatchcock the chicken by removing the backbone.
- Flatten the chicken by pressing down on the breastbone.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer, skin side up.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
