Description
A flavorful and spicy airfryer chicken dish made with gochujang.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat well with the marinade.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
