Description

A flavorful and spicy airfryer chicken dish made with gochujang.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat well with the marinade.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
