Description

Crispy and delicious airfryer spring rolls filled with vegetables and spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of the filling to the center of the wrapper.
  5. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
  6. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  7. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  8. Arrange the spring rolls in a single layer in the basket.
  9. Spray the tops with cooking spray.
  10. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
