Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package spring roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the filling to the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the spring rolls in a single layer in the basket.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
