- 1 pound squid, cleaned
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the squid into rings or strips.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip squid pieces in flour mixture, then in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange squid in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray squid with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
Notes
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the squid pieces.
- For extra flavor, marinate squid before breading.
