Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the squid into rings or strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  6. Dip squid pieces in flour mixture, then in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Arrange squid in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Spray squid with cooking spray.
  9. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
