Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. While the potatoes are cooking, season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  6. After 15 minutes, add the steaks to the air fryer basket alongside the potatoes.
  7. Cook for an additional 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  8. Remove the steaks and potatoes from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
