- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the potatoes are cooking, season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- After 15 minutes, add the steaks to the air fryer basket alongside the potatoes.
- Cook for an additional 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks and potatoes from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
