A quick and healthy air fryer stir fry recipe.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1 cup tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the tofu with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mixed vegetables and toss well.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook for an additional 5 minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- You can use any vegetables you prefer.
- For added flavor, sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
