Ingredients

- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Feel free to add cooked sausage or bacon for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
