Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
