Description

Air fryer stuffed peppers are a healthy and flavorful dish. They are easy to prepare and cook quickly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup ground turkey
  • 1 cup black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked rice, ground turkey, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each bell pepper with the mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the peppers are tender.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until melted.

Notes

  • You can use any color bell peppers.
