Description

Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
- Slice the sweet potatoes thinly.
- In a bowl, toss the slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the sweet potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove when crispy and golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
