- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Add the tempeh cubes to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Place the marinated tempeh in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve hot.
