Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove the tofu when it is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
