Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other toppings (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into four patties.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Add cheese on top for the last 2 minutes of cooking (if using).
  7. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
