Description

A healthy and easy recipe for turkey meatloaf made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
  4. Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
