A healthy and easy recipe for turkey meatloaf made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use lean ground turkey for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add vegetables to the mixture.
- Check the meatloaf for doneness with a meat thermometer.
