Ingredients

- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (potatoes, onions, spinach)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add chopped mixed vegetables to the bowl.
- Gradually add water to form a thick batter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, shaking halfway through.

- Use any vegetables you like.
