Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the mixed vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook longer if needed.
- Remove and serve hot.
