Description

Delicious baby back ribs cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby back ribs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the ribs.
  3. Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  5. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Brush barbecue sauce on the ribs and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the ribs.
  • Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before cutting.
  • Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
