A simple recipe for making baked potatoes in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, cheese
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Pat the potatoes dry with a towel.
- Poke several holes in each potato using a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and cook for 35-40 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a fork; it should easily pierce the potato.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on potato size.
- Preheating the air fryer is not necessary.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
