Description

A simple recipe for making baked potatoes in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Pat the potatoes dry with a towel.
  3. Poke several holes in each potato using a fork.
  4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  6. Set the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and cook for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Check for doneness with a fork; it should easily pierce the potato.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time based on potato size.
  • Preheating the air fryer is not necessary.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
