A quick and easy recipe for baked oats made in an air fryer.

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, milk, mashed banana, honey, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-18 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
