Description

Crispy and delicious batata palha made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and julienne the potatoes.
  2. Soak the julienned potatoes in water for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
  4. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil and salt.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  6. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Remove when golden brown and crispy.
