Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Peel and julienne the potatoes.
- Soak the julienned potatoes in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil and salt.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy.

- For extra flavor, add spices like paprika or garlic powder.
