Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
  2. Soak the potato strips in water for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
  4. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  6. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
