A quick and easy beef recipe cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add beef strips to the marinade. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place marinated beef in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness. Cook longer if necessary.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on beef thickness.
- Serve with vegetables or rice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
