Ingredients

- 2 medium beetroots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Wash and peel the beetroots.
- Slice the beetroots thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a bowl, toss the beetroot slices with olive oil and salt.
- Place the slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispness and cook longer if needed.
- Remove and let cool before serving.

- Adjust cooking time based on slice thickness.
