A simple recipe for bolinho de arroz made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, cheese, green onions, cornmeal, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with dipping sauce if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
