Description

A simple recipe for making bolinhos in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked beans
  • 1/2 cup of cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mash the cooked beans.
  3. Add cornmeal, onions, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Form small balls with the mixture.
  6. Place the balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot.
