A simple recipe for making bolinhos in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of cooked beans
- 1/2 cup of cornmeal
- 1/4 cup of chopped onions
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mash the cooked beans.
- Add cornmeal, onions, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form small balls with the mixture.
- Place the balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot.

- You can add cheese for extra flavor.
