Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a blender, combine corn kernels, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before serving.
