Description
Corn cake made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- In a blender, combine corn kernels, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve with butter or cream if desired.
