Description

Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Score the skin of the duck breasts without cutting into the meat.
  3. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Rub olive oil on the skin side.
  5. Place duck breasts skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes.
  7. Flip the duck breasts and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
