Ingredients

- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Score the skin of the duck breasts without cutting into the meat.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Rub olive oil on the skin side.
- Place duck breasts skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes.
- Flip the duck breasts and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; aim for 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
