Description

Crispy and golden bratkartoffeln made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Add chopped onion and mix well.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
  6. Place the potato mixture in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Check for doneness and cook for additional time if needed.
