Description
Crispy and golden bratkartoffeln made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 500g potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 onion, chopped
Instructions
- Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- Soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add chopped onion and mix well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
- Place the potato mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook for additional time if needed.

- Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Try adding herbs for extra flavor.
