Ingredients

- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
- Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
Notes
- Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
