Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Add mixed vegetables around the chicken.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that chicken is cooked through before serving.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
