Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the frozen vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese if desired and mix well.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until crispy.
- Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
