Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breast with the mixture.
- Add broccoli and cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Add broccoli and cauliflower around the chicken.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check chicken for doneness, and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
- Feel free to add your favorite keto-friendly vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
