Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken breast with the mixture.
  4. Add broccoli and cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
  6. Add broccoli and cauliflower around the chicken.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Check chicken for doneness, and serve hot.
