Delicious eggless chocolate muffins made quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Fill muffin liners with the batter.
- Place muffins in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sugar based on your preference.
- Try adding nuts for extra crunch.
- Store in an airtight container for freshness.
